A “Client” or “Participant” is anyone who signs up for and opens an account on MINDBODY, Inc (“MINDBODY”) with the intent of purchasing classes and participating in the Dance and/or Fitness classes and/or use the exercise equipment (the “Activities”) offered by the Organization.
This section applies to all Visitors of Our Website.
On Our Website, we monitor web analytics and anonymous user behavior for statistical purposes and to provide you with a better user experience. Usage and Event Data includes but is not limited to the referring website, the pages you visit, the actions you take on our site, the duration of your visit, and general information from the device you used during your visit, such as device type, web browser and operating system, language, and the country you are located in.
On Our Website, we link to select websites owned and managed by other companies (a “Third Party”). These links are provided for your convenience, and/or to provide you with the service(s) you requested, as is the case with MINDBODY. Our Organization does NOT control third party websites. We are NOT responsible for the maintenance, security, policies or practices of third party websites.
We may on occasion run targeted advertising campaigns on select platforms, including but not limited to Google, Facebook and Instagram. Targeted ad campaigns utilize anonymous Usage & Event data, which is collected by cookies, social media pixels, and other storage technologies. On Our Website, you have the option to contact us to ask questions or request a private appointment by email, phone, or contact form. For example, to send a message via the main contact form, you must provide your name and email address at minimum. We will only use data that is provided to us to answer the questions and messages we receive.
At Electric Daisy Fitness, LLC, we use online booking and class management software provided by MINDBODY to process transactions. As a “Subscriber” of MINDBODY, we have access to some personal data for administrative purposes; we will only use this information to provide you with the service(s) you requested.
We encourage you to manage your own billing information in your MINDBODY account. If you enroll in a Monthly Package with Auto-Pay, you are required to keep this information up to date, as agreed to in the Contract Terms & Conditions. We can assist you with transactions in person, if needed.
WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS OR OTHER TRANSACTION DATA VIA EMAIL OR OVER THE PHONE.
If you receive an email notification from someone impersonating our company that asks you to disclose financial information, please contact us immediately at 716-427-5510.
On your first visit to our studio, we ask you to complete a form in print, which includes an area to identify any allergies, injuries or medical conditions (if any) that we should be aware of. We use this information for your safety, and to ensure that we can offer appropriate exercise progressions and regressions. Medical information that is provided to us will only be shared with a physician or medical personnel in the event of an emergency, as agreed to in our Liability Waiver & Authorization. Otherwise, we will not share any medical information without your consent.

When you create an account on MINDBODY, you may choose to receive email or text notifications from our Organization. If you opt in, we may send you notifications regarding updates to our classes and schedule, appointment reminders, studio news and events, promotions or marketing emails. You may manage your preferences at any time in the MY INFO tab within your MINDBODY account.
To remove yourself from our email list, select “Unsubscribe” within an email from our company. If you unsubscribe, we will still send you transactional emails (receipts) for purchases, or any critical notifications that we are required to send by law. If you experience any issues unsubscribing from email or text lists, please contact us at 716-427-5510 or by emailing email@example.com.
We may on occasion take photos and/or videos of participants during our classes, appointments, workshops and other activities to share on Our Website, marketing materials, and social media channels (Facebook and Instagram). On your first visit to the studio, you have the option to provide or decline permission that will allow Electric Daisy Fitness, LLC to use and publish photos and videos of you on Our Website, marketing materials, and social media channels. This is a voluntary decision, and will not affect your ability to participate in classes, should you decline.
If you consent, we may use your likeness with or without your name within social media posts. However, we will not tag individuals in photos or video that we share on our social media channels, though you are welcome to tag yourself. You may tag our studio in your own social media posts, but as always, we ask that you be respectful of our studio, our instructors, and your fellow students.
