At Electric Daisy Fitness, LLC, we use online booking and class management software provided by MINDBODY to process transactions. As a “Subscriber” of MINDBODY, we have access to some personal data for administrative purposes; we will only use this information to provide you with the service(s) you requested.
When you sign up for and open an account on MINDBODY, you will be asked to provide contact information (name, address, phone, email). To purchase and enroll in classes at our studio, you will be asked to provide transaction data for a valid credit card or debit card (card number, expiry, security code). Credit Card and Debit Card numbers are encrypted by MINDBODY.

On your first visit to our studio, we ask you to complete a form in print, which includes an area to identify any allergies, injuries or medical conditions (if any) that we should be aware of. We use this information for your safety, and to ensure that we can offer appropriate exercise progressions and regressions. Medical information that is provided to us will only be shared with a physician or medical personnel in the event of an emergency, as agreed to in our Liability Waiver & Authorization. Otherwise, we will not share any medical information without your consent.

If you subscribe to the email list from Our Website, we may send you additional messages about updates to our classes and schedule, studio news and events, promotions and other marketing emails.
To remove yourself from any email list, select “Unsubscribe” within an email from our company. If you unsubscribe, we will still send you transactional emails (receipts) for purchases, or any critical notifications that we are required to send by law. We may on occasion take photos and/or videos of participants during our classes, appointments, workshops and other activities to share on Our Website, marketing materials, and social media channels (Facebook and Instagram). On your first visit to the studio, you have the option to provide or decline permission that will allow Electric Daisy Fitness, LLC to use and publish photos and videos of you on Our Website, marketing materials, and social media channels. This is a voluntary decision, and will not affect your ability to participate in classes, should you decline.
If you consent, we may use your likeness with or without your name within social media posts. However, we will not tag individuals in photos or video that we share on our social media channels, though you are welcome to tag yourself. You may tag our studio in your own social media posts, but as always, we ask that you be respectful of our studio, our instructors, your fellow students, and the profession.
Our Organization has the right to revise our Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. Changes are effective as soon as the updates are posted to Our Website. We may communicate changes to our Privacy Policy, but please stay informed! It is your responsibility to ensure that you read, understand and agree to the most current Privacy Policy.
