Group Exercise Classes at Electric Daisy Fitness

Our studio offers drop-in, group fitness classes throughout the week. Walk-ins are welcome, but class sizes are limited, so we encourage you to reserve your spot in advance. All students must be at least 18 years old to participate in group classes and private sessions.

Private & Small Group Pole Sessions

Individual and small group sessions may be booked upon request on the following days and times:

  • Saturday 2:30 PM to 7 PM
  • Sunday 12:30 PM to 7 PM
  • Monday 5:30 PM to 8 PM
