Pole Dance Classes at Electric Daisy Fitness
We are currently offering a limited number of group classes each week. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All participants must sign up in advance, no walk-ins. Maximum: 4 Participants Per Class.
The group class focus changes each week, so please read the class description and skill level before signing up. For now, all classes are designed for all skill levels, but if you’re brand new, look for our Fundamental classes (Pole Dance Fundamentals or Floorwork Fundamentals).
All participants must wear a face mask AT ALL TIMES, and pass a temperature check and health screen. Late arrivals will NOT be allowed in the studio, so please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start dressed and ready to dance. If a class is full but has room on the waitlist, it will show as WAITLIST ONLY under the instructor name.
All Wednesday Classes from Sept. 16 – Oct. 14 are currently WAITLIST ONLY. So, we’ve added the following:

- Oct. 20 @ 6 PM – Spins & Flows
- Oct. 27 @ 6 PM – Spin Pole Techniques
- Nov. 3 @ 6 PM – Floorwork Fundamentals
- Nov. 10 @ 6 PM – Inversions & Conditioning
- Oct. 21 @ 7 PM – Pole Dance Fundamentals
- Oct. 28 @ 7 PM – Spins & Flows
- Nov. 4 @ 7 PM – Spin Pole Techniques
- Nov. 11 @ 7 PM – Floorwork Fundamentals
- Nov. 18 @ 7 PM – Inversions & Conditioning
If you can’t make it to class on the given times, or would like to take class with 2-3 of your friends, please book a private appointment instead.
All students must be at least 18 years old to participate in group classes. Reservations may be cancelled and rescheduled up to 6 hours prior to the start of class. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and no shows will result in loss of credit without refund. Visit the Studio Policies page for more information on cancellations, expiries and conduct.
