The following schedule is for individual Group Classes only, which are booked class-by-class. As of June 29, the majority of classes will be switching over to the 4 Week Series format. Pole Dance Fundamentals and Spin Pole Techniques will continue to be offered on an alternating basis on weekends.

Pole Dance Classes at Electric Daisy Fitness

Electric Daisy Fitness offers small group classes with limited capacity. While students may sign up for these classes week to week, all participants must still book in advance; no walk ins.

If you are brand new to pole, please complete the Beginner 4 Week Series, OR at least 6 occurrences of Pole Dance Fundamentals before moving on to more advanced classes. Pole Dance Fundamentals is offered every other Saturday while our Series is in progress.

All students must be at least 18 years old to participate in group classes. Reservations may be cancelled and rescheduled up to 6 hours prior to the start of class. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and no shows will result in loss of credit without refund. Visit the Studio Policies page for more information on cancellations, expiries and conduct.
