At Electric Daisy Fitness, we are passionate about pole dance. Pole dancing is a sensual and athletic art, and a fun alternative to traditional fitness. Students will explore movement and self-expression while improving strength and flexibility. As new moves are mastered, you’ll gain confidence along with a deeper understanding of body awareness and control.
Learn How to Pole Dance
Learn to spin, climb and invert safely from a certified pole instructor. Lessons are designed to accommodate a range of skill levels. In Beginner Pole Dance, you’ll learn beginner movements with and around the pole. Progress to more advanced skills and tricks at your own pace.
About Pole Dancing
Pole dancing is work, an expressive dance form, a competitive sport, and an alternative exercise option that offers physical and emotional benefits. It is performed in clubs, studios, and competitions worldwide, and all forms of pole dance are acceptable.
