Learn How to Pole Dance
Learn to spin, climb and invert safely from a certified instructor. Classes are designed to accommodate a range of skill levels. In Pole Dance Fundamentals, you’ll learn beginner movements with and around the pole. Progress to more advanced skills and tricks at your own pace. All dance classes include total body conditioning and stretching techniques to provide a balanced workout.

Whether you join us on the pole or on the mat, we encourage you to be consistent with your practice. Group fitness classes are offered throughout the week with multiple payment options to choose from. Can’t make it to a scheduled class? We also offer private and small group training sessions. Classes will begin mid to late November. We will start booking classes closer to our opening date.
