Instructor Training Opportunity

Part of my vision for this studio is to create opportunities to learn from some of the best in the industry through outside trainings and workshops. I’m excited to announce that we will host XPERT this April for their Spinning Pole Teacher Training:

The XPERT Spinning Pole Teacher Training is a comprehensive training set to teach you the principles of spinning pole, understand how to control and work with the spin, and make each move look effortless. Learn how to break down over 50 beginner/intermediate spinning pole moves (plus regressions and progressions), and how to lesson plan for your class. A key part of this course is learning about Anatomy and Physiology, as well as understanding the spinning pole, and how to teach it safely and effectively.

The training will occur:

April 13 – 14, 2019 from 9 AM to 5 PM

For this course you will need a minimum of 6 months pole experience and be able to invert. The XPERT Teacher Trainings have a practical and written exam, you must pass both modules to complete the course.
